( from my husband's blog the simple connoisseur)i was at the gym this morning watching the horror play out on tv with what is going on in japan.
the lady on the treadmill next to me said, "when will it be our turn?" the japanese people have not only experienced the 5th largest earthquake ever recorded, but have had more than 1000 aftershocks. they have a nuclear plant leaking (i'm not sure what but dangerous nuclear radiation stuff). there are over 10,000 dead, and thousands more missing. i know i am a silly mommy blogger, but may all our thoughts and prayers go to the many people suffering in our world right now. i know there will come a day when our country will need those thoughts and prayers.
